Note, most of the time you will just want your locks rekeyed.

If you cannot provide this kind of identification or authorization, we may not be able to assist you. I am sure the other car, home and office owners will appreciate your cooperation.

But bear in mind that a mortise lock might need to take a bit longer nearer 40 to 50 minutes. All of this duration really depends on the type of lock, the fault and the condition of the door / lock.
